I create a new item on the menu, but link to the item always leads to the main page.
Creating new SEF possible. What could be the problem?
2. Installed on the site Rentalot Plus. How do I exclude SEF URL link like: "index.php? option = com_rentalotplus & task = pay_online & id =XXXXXXX...". I put in the settings for the component that links containing such an expression is not SEF, but without result. With Jiimla SEF everything is functioning normally.

1. What is the link you use in the menu item? There may be a problem with Active Handler set for the component used, or maybe with the "Ignore multiple sources" option.

2. Open the parameters for your com_rentalotplus component from JoomSEF's Manage Extensions page and on the Common tab set the "Do not SEF URLs matching regular expression" option to "task=pay_online" (without the quotes).

I disabled it. Now I use SEF of Joomla.
