Hello
When i registered for the paid down load i entered the correct domain but the upgrade tab says it does not match; How can i display the domain it is looking for to see what the problem is?

The entered domain is visible in your order. Log in to our website and open your orders at www.artio.net/e-shop/account .

Hello
I found that and that is where the problem is.
We entered a typo Http//: rather than http:// in front of the domain. Now we need to find out how to fix it.
Any help would be appreciated.

If there's problem only with the capital H in Http://, we'll check our update script, I think that domain checking should not be case sensitive.

If you can't wait, currently you can purchase our Product Registration Change service to change your registered domains: www.artio.net/e-shop/support-services/pr...-registration-change

Hello,
on what domain are you upgrading? The domain you have registered seems to be ok - motobrazi.com. But the license check also check the directory, so unless your administration is not at (www.)motobrazi.com/administrator, it will probably fail.

using (www.) is optional - it gets ignored

Thanks for the help. This was actually a problem that i created. When i paid for the software i entered the wrong domain address. I entered http//:motobrazi.com instead of motobrazi.com. I used the change domain product and all is well now.
The update is not giving the error anymore.
