My problem is that i wrong to inser the print icon on my articles, i removed the print icon and links, but google webmaster already found it.
ricoveri/rifugi/rifugio-citelli is generated in JoomSEF and work correctly, but i also get a duplicated printable page that is rifugio-citelli?tmpl=component&print=1 (this happen for more articles). Is there a way to redirect these links to their corresponding page, with JoomSEF?

In that case, find ricoveri/rifugi/rifugio-citelli in JoomSEF's URLs Manager and click it to edit it. There on the Aliases tab add your wrong URL to the Alias list, without the domain (relative), like this:
index.php/ricoveri/rifugi/item/rifugio-citelli?tmpl=component&print=1
I'm not sure how the index.php on beginning will be handled, so if that doesn't work, try without it:
ricoveri/rifugi/item/rifugio-citelli?tmpl=component&print=1
