Joomla: 1.7.3
Artio Joomsef: 4.2.1
Order Number: 00020043

Not sure if it is the right place to post.

I have a problem with Zoo and Canonical.
Even if I set in the configuration and in the Extension Zoo configuration to not create automatically canonical the program does it anyway.

Have you deleted the already created URLs after making the change in configuration? Canonical link is stored with meta tags for URLs, so you need to use the Delete action from Manage SEF URLs page toolbar to get rid of it. And of course clear Joomla and JoomSEF caches.

I found out that the canonical link were created automatically from Zoo and not from Artio JoomSEF
