I am getting a bunch of rss feed SEFs URLs generated in JoomSEF. Here is a screenshot - screencast.com/t/I9laZsiQ8M

I thought I had all rss feeds disabled in the K2 components I'm using but JoomSEF is still finding them. How can I track down where these rss feeds are coming from and stop JoomSEF from generating SEFs for them?

You can enable the URL source tracing in JoomSEF's Configuration on the Advanced tab, that way some information about its origin is stored for each URL.
You should be able to disable generating URLs for feeds like this:
Go to JoomSEF -> Manage Extensions -> K2 -> Common tab and set "Do not SEF URLs matching regular expression" to "format=feed" (without the quotes).

I enabled the URL Source Tracing. Where do I see the additional information it is generating?

There should be a new column Trace in JoomSEF's URLs Manager with the info icon, that shows the trace information in tooltip when hovered with mouse. The trace information is also more conveniently displayed on the URL editation page, when you click on some URL.
The trace information is only stored for newly generated URLs, so you may need to delete the feed URLs first and let them recreate.

The Referer field tells you that the Ahrefs.com bot visited your website on page displayed in the From field. The From field tells you which page contains the feed URL and caused JoomSEF to generate it in database.
