Dear,

I was trying to remove all categories from my url, to make them look from www.abc.com/cat1/cat11/cat111 to www.abc.com/cat111.

I went to the Extensions Management - content, and set Add categories to URL to No, which did not seem to change anything.

I cleared cache, purged SEF url, Updated URLs, but still not change anything.

I know I must have missed something here, can anyone help please? Really appreciated!

Hi,

You probably also need to disable the "Add menu title to URL" option on the Common tab in Content extension parameters.

You always need to either purge or update the URLs and clear the cache after making changes in configuration that affects URLs structure.
