sorry for posting at JoomSEF4, but I only own the version4.

But my problem uccures with version 3.
On my running system was a JoomSEF 3.4.2 I updated to 3.9.9
Since then at the front end all URLs direct to to to main site. But the URLs are still the same.

Try clearing the caches in Joomla and JoomSEF. If that doesn't help, try using the "Reinstall from ARTIO server" button on the Upgrade page in JoomSEF.

I cleared the Joomla cache. The JoomSEF cache is disabled. Where can I delete the JoomSEF cache in version 3.9.9?
Also I did "Reinstall from ARTIO Server" but the error is still there.

You can clear JoomSEF's Cache in JoomSEF's Control Panel on the Maintenance tab. But if the cache is disabled, it should have any effect.

How did you update your JoomSEF? Have you used a downloaded ZIP package or the online update from ARTIO server?
Do all the links on your website display the homepage URL? Or do they display correct URL but are redirected to homepage once the URL is clicked?
