Having issues trying to get my 301 redirects to work correctly with JoomSEF 4.2.3.

Here are the parameters I have defined:

Moved from URL: new.miltoncreamery.com/index.php/about-us

Moved to URL: miltoncreamery.com/our-story.html

any ideas what I may be doing wrong?

The Moved from URL and Moved to URL fields can't contain a domain. Try the following setting:
Moved from URL: index.php/about-us
Moved to URL: our-story.html

If you really need the domain in your redirects, try using the .htaccess redirects in Edit .htaccess page in JoomSEF and follow the tooltips for the fields.
