1. How can I get this link www.anglichanoff.ru/prepodavatel/prepodavatel into www.anglichanoff.ru/prepodavatel?

2. Should I fill in the metatags areas for each link in Artio JoomSef? Or it inherits the data from Joomla automatically (attachment)?

I'm sorry for the late reply. For your first problem the solution is simple - the first part of the URL is the menu item name by default. Open JoomSEF -> Manage Extensions -> Content and on the Common tab set Add menu title to URL to No.
