Into something looking like this

But I have a problem when I turn off the added ID Numbers in JoomSef Options (or better before I turned it on, I cannot find the option atm ... :) ) On my Homepage I dont get my standard homepage modules, presumably because $vm->vars['page'] is not set to 'shop.index' but to 'shop.browse'

Any way you can help me with this?

Please provide more specific information. Where is the URL located? Is it somewhere in the menu? What is the type of menu item and it's parameters?
It seems that there's an Itemid variable missing for JoomSEF to correctly recognize the menu item.

the Links are all in the TopNav, automatically generated.

it seems that I have set up some options to at least get rid of the component/virtuemart path.
Now the only thing that I do not like are the category / Item-Id numbers:

As I said I forgot where to switch off the rendering of those into the url.

You can change these options in JoomSEF -> Manage Extensions -> VirtueMart -> Extension tab.
