Previously I had JoomSEF 3.7.0 (free version) It works nice at my site (www. androlog. tv). I decided to attach Virtuemart shop and bougt from you JoomSEF3 bunddle+extension. It won't work! After installation
com_joomSEF - site dissapear: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /home/limedent/androlog.tv/docs/joom/components/com_sef/joomsef.php on line 20. After it I removed all newly installed files and reloud free 3.7.0 version - it is working.
Then I tried to use paid extension with virtuemart ( with free 3.7.0. version) - I entered categories of goods - enter to cart - push on buy button and: Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in /home/limedent/androlog.tv/docs/joom/components/com_sef/joomsef.php on line 484
Please give me solvation of these problem (I have php 4 at my server and to me it is impossible to upgrade it)

I'm sorry, but JoomSEF is not compatible with PHP 4. It is clearly stated at: www.artio.net/joomla-extensions/joomsef in the Compatibility section. So we cannot help you fix these problems.

OK I upgraded php to 5.1 version. It works! But I can not tune my joomSEF - when opening - configuration window with setting does not appear. Instead I see white screen with text: ARTIO JoomSEF Configuration file Writeable. What is wrong?

This seems like there was some PHP error encountered. Try looking in the error logs or enabling error reporting and error displaying on your server and post the error message encountered.
