For some reason, the captcha image doesn't have the /viotia/ part in its URL. Check if you have RewriteBase set correctly in your .htaccess file or if the live site is configured properly in your Joomla's configuration.php file.

why when disable joomsef the image works well ?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it , I can send you the 3.8.3 version of JoomSEF. I would also appreciate if you could send me the installation package for RSform Pro 1.4.0, so I could test it right away, otherwise we'll need to contact its developers for development license, which will take some time.
