Every thing seemed fine and it says install complete but there is a warning

When I go to use my control panel or any of my extension manager controls or any controls like article manager I get this message

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /home/content/r/s/s/rssic1/html/plugins/system/joomsefgoogle.php on line 19

Now Site not loading getting
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /home/content/r/s/s/rssic1/html/components/com_sef/joomsef.php on line 20

What version of PHP does your server use? JoomSEF needs PHP 5.2 to work correctly.

On what page do you get this error? JoomSEF doesn't contain such file.

www.rssic.com/site-map/

Well there is probably some parse error in that file, but I don't know how this could be related to JoomSEF. Check the content of reported file.
