after the server change to:
- Perl 5.10.1
- PHP 5.3.8 (inklusive GD, Imagick)
- MySQL 5.1.58
all joomsef links are broken - only if i seo in Joomla disabled the original links (without seo) ok - but not the seo-Links.
If i enable seo in joomla and enable joomsef only the start-hompage is ok - all other links are going to 404 (server).

Hi,
This seems that your server doesn't support URLs rewriting or it is not enabled. If your webserver is Apache, check that mod_rewrite is installed and enabled, and that there's a .htaccess file present and configured correctly in your website's root.
