I have purchased the seo bundle on the 20th of August 2013 for joomsef and virtuemart, but the download id isn't working for online install as it isn't being recognised by your servers, as it is a a bundle package, before you used to send separate download id's for joomsef and virtuemart.

I have tried downloading and manually installing but not working as well as download id not being recognised.

Error:

1) The Download ID set in configuration is not valid. You will obtain the non-paid version of JoomSEF when launching upgrade from ARTIO Server.

2) Provided Download ID is not valid for the requested file: ext_joomsef4_virtuemart.zip. Please, make sure you are using valid Download ID for this product. ()
