Am I correct in saying that when you buy an extension and cannot get it to work, then you need to also pay for assistance to get it to work?
So in actual fact, the cost of the extension is not as advertised as there are still hidden costs involved?

Hi,
Your statement is misleading. When you purchase our extension, we will of course help you configure it for free (through our support forums, e-mail or telephone support). Also if we have reports of some bug in our extension that we can reproduce on our test servers, we will fix it in next version. But please understand that we can't fix bugs in 3rd party components for free.

it is not misleading at all. i bought your extension almost 3 weeks ago and am still unable to use it. when i asked for help, you simply said it is not your extension that is at fault and you then you gave me a link to a page to pay for help from you guys.
in that other thread i even posted screenshots of your extension not working.

so where is my statement misleading?
