TOPIC: duplicate zoo frontpage issue

duplicate zoo frontpage issue 12 years, 8 months ago #28642

I have a problem having two menu items published that both point to different zoo app frontpages. even though they are different apps, joomsef creates only one url for both menu items.

how can i delete the sef url and troubleshoot this issue?

Hi,

You can use the JoomSEF URLs Manager to manage SEF URLs created by JoomSEF, eg. delete them.

To resolve this go to JoomSEF -> Manage Extensions -> Zoo -> Common tab and set the Ignore multiple sources option to "No".

thank you for your support. your solution makes sense, it already made some of my problematic links work! im just a little unsure how to delete a sef url. tell me if im wrong but after i change joomsef config, i need to delete my important sef links to produce new links based on new settings.

im not sure how to delete one sef link... and i dont know how to delete ALL sef links.

thanks for your help on this.

Hi,
Go to Components -> ARTIO JoomSEF -> Manage SEF URLs. There you can view and filter your SEF URLs and there are boxes to select action you want to do with URLs.
In the first box you can select whether to affect only selected URLs or all filtered, in the second box you select action and then you click the Proceed button.
This process is described in our documentation: www.artio.net/joomsef/documentation#manageurls
