I've tested our extension with version 2.7 and it should be working correctly.
On JoomSEF's Control Panel in the SEF Status box on the right, check that everything is enabled. Then on the Manage Extensions page in JoomSEF check that Active Handler for AdsManager extension shows JoomSEF extension.

I just checked the status box an d saw that "Creation of new URLs " was disable....!
So the URLS are correcly handle by the extension.
Last question : I didn't have yet admin any new ad notifications by email (the person who post do). May SEF affect this fonctionnality ?

Theoretically it's possible, but I think that if SEF caused e-mails not to work then no-one would receive them. I'd suggest you to try disabling SEF and add a testing ad to see if the e-mail arrives.

I tried it, but same problem, notification admin email not arrived.

In that case it's not caused by JoomSEF. You should contact AdsManager developers and report a bug there.
