I d like to know how can i use a subdomain with the module JoomSEF.

I try to add it under the SUBDOMAIN section but it doesn t work.

It forces the www. and it doesn't work. I ve got this sentence when I type the URL :

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Make sure that the "www and non-www domain handling" option in JoomSEF's Configuration is set to "Don't handle", that way the www shouldn't be prepended.

After changed the basic configuration into the JoomSEF but I still get the same message :

Forbidden

shop.suisse-alarme.com/

Is there anywhere else it could be another configuration to set up?

Do you have the subdomain registered with your web hosting company and is it configured to point to your web server?
