Hi i have bought the extension of sobi pro but in my entry add url i get 403 error.
I have setup 2 price packages into my catalog and i m getting 403 error.

please some help

What versions of Joomla, JoomSEF and SobiPro do you use?

Please post the URL that's displayed in the address bar of your web browser when the 403 error is shown. Also try to find that URL in JoomSEF's URLs Manager and post the Real URL stored for it. Check if there are any duplicates created.

i don t find any duplicate in those urls.
my entry url is

and my package url with 403 error is

The regular url that are work with joomla sef by default are those.
www.gfactor.gr/entry/add/view,basic.html
www.gfactor.gr/entry/add/view,extended.html

for some reason they work.
so i tried to redirect the pages in those url. when i made the sef url from "add-entry" to "entry/add/view,basic.html" i m getting 403 error again.
In the extended package i don't have make any tempt to configure it and it still works. how can i restore the basic package to work again.

i have try to remove the sef url that i have set and the 301 redirect but nothing changes.
i have clean any cache but no result.

also i have disable in sobipro the Data Accelerator.

If I try to open your 403 URLs they are both redirected to "add-entry" SEF URL, so they are duplicated. But I don't know why they display the 403 error.

Try disabling SEF completely in Joomla's Global Configuration, check what the URLs look like and compare them to the URLs stored in JoomSEF that display the 403 error.
