Hello, XML files for JoomFISH/FaLang should be in folders:
administrator/components/com_booking/joomfish
administrator/components/com_booking/falang

You should copy them into folders:
administrator/components/com_joomfish/contentelements
administrator/components/com_falang/contentelements
