Hi!
I would like to add more text to the Payment methods text after the radio button Paypal.
I would like to display Paypal/Credit card (Kreditkort in swedish), where can I change that?

Hello, add next text with PayPal is not supported. You can simply edit reservation form template.
For credit card is payment type. Look at the Payments methods manager.

Hi, but if I edit the information in the payment manager for the PayPal option it wont show up in the check out anyway.
I only want PayPal and I would like to make it clear for the customers that PayPal also has a credit card option not PayPal and Credit card separated as two different options.
That must be pretty easy just to change the text string from PayPal to PayPal/Kreditkort ....

Hello, label PayPal you can change in this way:

open database with PHPMyAdmin
open table jos_booking_payment (you can have different prefix)
in column title you can change PayPal label
