1. If you need to modification for solution you have prepared 10:00 - 13:00, 10:01 - 14:01, we can offer you only custom paid support, because this is not solution we planned for this component. We can modify it for you, so you will be able to set more times starting at 10:00 etc.
2. I didn't see this problem on your site before. And I am not sure it is problem of timezone settings. We will be happy if we can check it on your site.
3. Ok, this can be fixed, but can we check it on your site? We need administrator, ftp and database access. I could not simulate it on localhost.
4. Website you are posting have modified Book it! component. All modifies should be included also in actual version, but I am not sure about it. I will try to consult it with colleague, because I don't know what are you talking about. I am not author of these changes.
5. It is about that printscreen right? I am not sure, what you mean with it.
Pick up and drop off times are new features, so it is for custom paid support.
