Thanks David, once I uninstalled the extension from Azrul I was able to install the Artio extension.

No it says version 1.2. That's what its been since I've downloaded the latest version of joomsef.

I've followed the upgrade procedure for several paid extensions and it's always worked until I tried to upgrade the myblog one, so I know I'm doing it correctly. I also tried it the second way where you download the zip file and uploaded manually through the joomsef install feature.

I can provide a backend login if that's required to figure this out.

I'm using joomsef 3.7.4 and also purchased the myblog extension. When I try to upgrade manually I get

"Cannot upgrade.
Either your JoomSEF version is up to date or its upgrade is no longer supported"

If I follow the method where you input the download ID and hit download from server, I get the same message.
