Dear Support Team,
I bought today Artio Booking extension via PayPal. I've got an ID download code which in my understanding shall be applied automatically for further upgrades. However, when i try to get an upgrade it says that "Entered Download ID has not been found in database. Please check that the ID is correct." I wonder how this can be fixed. thank you in advance.
