The problem is that i've send to your colegue the ftp and joomla access to solve the problem but in 2 days i didn't recive any email by them. How can i do? we need to use this component.

We bought ARTIO VM INVOICE because it seem’s to be the best product for invoice generation on VM.

We tried the DEMO administrator panel before buying and it was working perfectly.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work at all with us.

Here are the problems & questions:

--1) INSTALLING COMPONENT & PLUGIN:

We have downloaded these files:
--- com_vminvoice.zip
--- plg_vminvoice_autorun.zip

The setup of com_vminvoice.zip also launches the setup of the plugin.
If we manually install the plugin (after having installed the COMPONENT) we get INTERNAL ERROR ON WEBSITE.

Question 1) Is it correct that the component also makes the setup of the plugin?
Question 2) The plugin needs to be installed manually or not?

--2) LARGE NUMBER OF DATA IN FOLDERS AFTER INSTALLATION
The first time VM_INVOICE is launched it creates a TEMP FOLDER with a lot of data: 4.000 files and 40 Mb of size.
Question 3) Is it normal that at every generation of invoice the temp folder increases so much?


--3) PROBLEMS IN DISPLAYING INVOICES
When you click on the invoice you get a Gateway Error for too much time in displaying the invoice created.
