I. General Provisions

1. All personal information provided to Operator will be used solely for their internal purposes. Handing them to 3rd parties is not possible without explicit approval of the subject involved (further just subject).
2. All information will be used solely for purposes agreed between Operator and the Subject.
3. All information stored in our servers are well-protected against misuse. All sensitive information are stored in encrypted form (like IDs, paswords, etc.) or purged when no longer needed (like credit card numbers).
4. On the request of the subject, Operator will delete all information about the subject from its databases, with exception of information which retaining is required by law.

To customers using our other services (or others interested in personalized hosting solution), we offer services such as webhosting, e-mail solutions with spam-protection, serverhosting, virtual-servers and related services (administration, monitoring, backups, etc.).

We do not aim to compete with mass-hosting companies offering full-automated service for low price but with minimum or no support, leaving customers to their own destiny. Instead we want to offer personalized full service hosting solution, tailored to our customers' needs, still maintaining reasonable costs. We can configure all the services your business require and maintain them continuously. Moreover, you will never be kept without backup with us.

For companies who want tu fully focus to their main business goal and do not wish to waste resource for IT management, planning and maintenance, we are ready to offer full IT outsourcing.

This may include planning, purchasing, upgrading and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including all hardware, software and office equipment. We may assist you also in getting financing for IT products or purchasing them in tenders. Also we will be ready to provide you with consulting and training services you or your workers require by several ways, e.g. on-line help desk and hot-line.

Software development and programming is our primary activity. We offer both own products to be adjusted and implemented for particular customer and complete on-demand development services.  Our main domain are databases and related applications as information systems, portals and web applications and interconnections of these, but also SW for special purpose systems as monitoring and controling systems or desktop applications. In web development, we implement on-line publishing systems such as CMS (content management), e-business applications, intranet information systems and their add-on components.
