I use the mosets tree directory component on my website. I have purchased your mosets extension, but I prefer to just use mosets' default Joomla SEF functionality, because it works very well. So when I set Artio to use the Default Joomla SEF for Mosets, it works perfectly in every way, EXCEPT... It has a problem dealing with spaces in searches in the mosets tree search module...
The problem is the non-sef url looks like this
www.treatment-centers.net/?option=com_mt...word=transformations treatment
but it seems that the default SEF that comes with mosets changes the non-sef query into
www.treatment-centers.net/?option=com_mt...rmations%20treatment maybe? and Artio has a problem with the %20?
I just don't know, what I know is that if I try to do a search in the mosets search module (top left on
www.treatment-centers.net/treatment-directory.html) that has a space in it, I get an error in Firefox that says the request is redirecting in a way that will never complete...
PLEASE HELP!! My site is very much based on this directory, and I really need to get this working... I can't use the mosets Artio SEF plugin because it creates too many of the url's differently from the way they're already indexed... Not to mention slows down queries (my directory is very large, it creates hundreds of thousands of Artio url's, it's just not practical... having so many artio url's CRASHES artio when loading "manage SEF url's" in the backend) But I shouldn't have to - telling Artio to use the Default Joomla SEF for a certain component should work! And it mostly does, but this is definitely a glitch, an example of a situation in which Artio is not processing Joomla Default SEF url's completely correctly -
