JoomSEF version 3.2.1:

Unfortunately I have problems with the german letters äü ...
The links is automatically generated by Joomsef an there is the following problem:

Einklemmende Hüfte -> einklemmende-h.html

with version 3.2.0 i got correctly:

Einklemmende Hüfte -> einklemmende-hufte.html

So with 3.2.1 i have this problem and with 3.2.0 not.

What can i do about this problem?
Where can i get the old registered 3.2.0 version?
Where can i download future versions?

I have the same problem :

www.szulga.com/movies/card/Righteous%20Kill%20.html

%20 is not being replaced with hyphen!
