I bought the VM invoice component and there is absolutely nothing works as I hoped. It installed correct, it works in the backend for admin, but that is all.

I would like to start with payment method. How can I make it show as an option in the checkout page for the user?

The instructions for autogenerate pdf is for 1.1.4 or 1.1.5. But I run 1.1.7, after what line am I supposed to add the the lines as explained in the instructions in the chapter 4.2.3? I tried to ad them as in version 1.1.5 - but that did not work.
