I bought VMinvoice for the new version of my site e_commerce

Update your version 1.3.0 :

1 - plg_vminvoice_autorun The plugin is not installed. Why ?

2 - My bills are not sent directly when my client
places an order confirmed. Why ?

3 - My bills are not generated automatically using the PDF button
on the registration of the invoice. Why?

NOTE: I'm on a test site and not on my site www.prosysteme.fr

plg_vminvoice_autorun plugin with my purchased version in September 2010.

In addition to the latest version 1.3 reinstalled I can not register my ID code provided on the invoice of September 2010 ... Why?

Hello Teophile,

plugin is NOT being installed automatically with the component as we recommend using a cron job instead of plugin. Please, read the documentation on this topic!

The additional 2 questions relate probably to the fact neither the plugin or cron job is setuped.

As regards your Download ID, there is no reason why it should not work, anyway, we have now regenerated a new ID for you and sent it to your email.

I did the update and 'I get bills. I did not install or plg_vminvoice_autorun the cronjob. I will
do this weekend.

Other comments:
- The generation time. PDF of the bill consists of a single line
request 1 minute more. It's very long! Why?
- I still can not save the new ID code ... Why?

I am using sh404SEF, VirtueMart 1.16, Joomla 1.5.22

1) as regards the generation time -> do you mean when clicking the PDF icon?
the only reasoable reason I can see is the server load; at our server, this takes a few seconds maximum

2) what you mean by "I still can not save the new ID code"?
what is the problem? do you get some error message or it just does not save? are you sure you are entering the correct one? (32 chars long)
