Update 2.0.33 can't notify customer any more.,... 10 years, 8 months ago #43687

After the Update on 2.0.33 I cannot notify my customers... The Icon ist still visible, but I can't "check" it. Everytime I#M clicking on it the icon is empty and without the "check".

So far... after any update there are allways other probs... nut much about customercare...

Hello. Thanks for report and sorry for inconvenice. We know it is pain, but we have only one developer for this. We will fix this in today's or tomorrow's release. Until that, you can just click on "Notify customer" text (not checkbox), it should work. Thanks much.

Thx, until now after an update there allways was an error... bad for customers.... The component itself ist workign great, but you should really look forward to have usable updates and not MORE errors than before ;-)

I can't even extract the zip file on my desktop... So there has to be s.th. wrong with the file I guess...
