O.k now I have an error on the front end that everyone can see!
How do I fix this ASAP.
Shows on the top front page and log-in area of my site.
Any answers ASAP would be appreciated, even a short term solution such as removing warnings?

Hello,
we will fix that. You can solve it temporarily by turning error reporting off in Joomla.

The issue is that error reporting is already set to 'none' and somehow I am still getting the error on most pages including back-end!

Hello. You can turn off that error reporting by turning off VMInvoice Autorun plugin in backend.
