Hello.

I use vm invoice version 2.0.34 and virtuemart version 2.0.26, Joomla 2.5.19

I have this problem: pdf files are generated in the root: tmp/VM_Invoices and in the section: VM Invoice: Invoice / Order Management
but they don't come with emails

Emails come empty without files

Hi,

Navigate to VM Invoice -> Invoice Configuratino -> Invoice E-mail tab and check that the "Attach Invoice as PDF" option is enabled.

I have enabled the option and I did it before. This have not solved the problem. Besides I have one more issue - I've got one and the same mail 4 times!! I can't use the extension so far

Could you please give me some instruction to solve my problem in the shortest time so that I could use the extension. It's too long and too expensive for this kind of service.

Hello.

I have one more problem - I get the same mails every several hours. Sometimes in ten minutes, sometimes in some hours. I can't understand any system in it.

I can't use this extension and I have not got any help. Please tell me how I can get my money back in the shortest time. Thank you.

Hi,

Please try updating to the new version 2.0.35, there have been some fixes in mailing function. Please let me know if it helps.
