I would say there will be some error if you would check a webserver error log.
In my opiniion the PDF generation stops on some error, such as some image cannot be found or so. This is the most common source of similar problems.

Try to remove any images and check if that help. If yes, then make sure to use correct - absolute! - paths to the images.

The cause for this error is a wrong path to images. (when removing images, it should work fine)

So remove images and then add them again.
