I receive the error that my vm invoice is not registered while i'm sure this is done for both my live and test site. I want to be able to upgrade from the backend to the latest version, yet this seems to be impossibe since:
I don't have a download ID; even so, where do i input it? thank you

Hi,

The Download ID has been sent to you in the e-mail when you purchased the product. You can enter it in the VM Invoice's Global Configuration on the Registration tab.
