The logo and most other images do not show up on the page. The URL is being changed from:

TO:

Do I turn this off? There are four settings, what should I try?

Yes, set base href to "Yes - always use only base URL".

So thats what I already had and the image URL are showing up as

www.worldhomeexchanges.com/images/stories/D2.1.jpg"
TO:
www.worldhomeexchanges.com/listbingo/my-...ories/D2.1.jpg"

In that case make sure that your images uses absolute URLs, ie. the path to image must be full URL with domain (like src="www.domain.com/images/stories/image.jpg") or that it starts with a slash (like src="/images/stories/image.jpg"). Otherwise browser thinks that the image URL is relative to current address, so if you are visiting eg. "www.domain.com/some-category/some-article", it changes the image path to "some-category/images/stories/image.jpg".
