In the maintenance section of JoomSEF the URL update and Update Meta Tags options do not seem to be working correctly. When I click update, it says that the update is complete. However, it is updating "0" URL's... When I change the meta information for the meta tags section, they are not actually updating either.

And do you have any SEF URLs available for update? Only automatically created SEF URLs that are not trashed or locked can be updated.
And by changing information for meta tags section, you mean when you manually edit SEF URL and set some meta tags, they're not saved correctly? Are you sure that the SEF URL is not locked?
