One question: Could be the link on top left (the Wellnessinfo.info Logo) the problem? Or on the right side the "Toskana Special" (--> because I found here some suspicios - if you click the link, you don't get the navigation on left side; and on on top of content is the word "Beiträge"... - wich looks like there is a problem with the SEF... [ index.php?option=com_content&catid=78&id=104&view=article])

The logo link should be all right as it links to website's root.
The Toskana Special could cause some problems as it seems that the link stored in JoomSEF doesn't contain any Itemid. You could manually edit the "Wellnessurlaub_Toskana_Wellness_Special" SEF URL and set its Itemid to 402 to correspond to the Toskana Special link.

As my homepage (home) has no rankings in google, I think the different double pages make problems (duplicate content). Also interesting: The "homepages" does not generate any hits in JoomSEF (other URL's do)

Should I consider to change the settings? [Fix index.php links]

ps: Joomsef Cache: I enabled it; minimum cache hit counts = 1 --> but no URL is in my cache (every Sef URL is "Cache = red"). Why? If the Sef URLs are in cache, the site would be much faster...

What are the From, Referer and User agent data stored in Trace Information for those URLs?

I guess that those are created by search engine crawlers visiting some non-SEF links. Disabling the "Handle query variables as non-SEF" option in JoomSEF's Configuration on the Advanced tab could fix it.

Home page links currently don't store the hits count in JoomSEF, this is a known bug. We'll fix it, probably in next version.

JoomSEF's cache uses Joomla's caching system, so the cache in Joomla's Global Configuration also needs to be enabled for JoomSEF's cache to work. We'll add a note about this to the cache configuration page.
