Hello,

I paid for JoomSEF 4.0 and in this link it shows that we have priority support. In this moment I have some open threads without any reply:

I think that Artio team needs to improve his support and offer fixes in this forum, to improve that clients not need to wait at next release. Many thanks!

There doesn't seem to be any support for this component from the developers any more.

its a shame... the only reason i pay for these components is to get the customer support and show my appreciation... but when they sell things which don't work, it just makes me want to kick myself for not downloading it from somewhere, and saving myself the hassle. Sadly, on some warez websites you can get better support than here.

I think i need to register on Joomla.org and post a review.
