Now all of my VM links are SEF except when I'm trying to checkout in VM I'm getting the following non SEF URL:
index.php?page=checkout.index&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=1&redirected=1&Itemid=1
How can I replace it with a SEF url?

When I'm logging in VM I'm getting a blank page?
What can be the problem?

I'm using the following configuration:
Joomla 1.5.15
VirtueMart 1.1.4
JoomSEF 3.6.1
JoomSEF VirtueMart SEF Extension 2.0.19

1) some redirect in VM make it impossible for JoomSEF to generate SEF URLs for every checkout URL; doing so would require severa hacks in VM code;
the redirected=1 variable in the link you have sent is an indicators this may be the case;
anyway, this will have no affect to SEO in general, as the checkout links are not important and preferrably should not be indexed at all

2) as regards the blank page problem, there may be many reasons; the first step is to locate some error message; you can either try to increate the error reporting level in Joomla or check the webserver error logs to learn more; if you can post the error message you should be able to locate in either source, it should give us more hints about the cause of this error
