When try to go to any page I get this error message

ERROR_DEFAULT_404

Don't know what to do...please help

can't really give you a URL because if I turn sef on the site is unusable...but and example url is

onefleshministry.org/helpful-advice/advice-on-marriage

the error message is

ERROR_DEFAULT_404

the SEF is version 3.6.2
the K2 is 2.2
the joomla is 1.5.15

I have used K2 and joomsef before and it worked OK but it was older versions.

Is the K2 the only component that has 404 problem? Do you use K2 extension for JoomSEF?
The ERROR_DEFAULT_404 message means, that JoomSEF couldn't find the correct 404 page in the database, so make sure you have the article named 404 uncategorized and published.
Also try checking that the helpful-advice/advice-on-marriage URL is present in database using Manage SEF URLs page.
