My infos are : Joomsef 3.7.6 (Order 12062) - Joomla 1.5.22 - Virtuemart 1.1.6

My website is a shop with secure payment.
When a customer make order, my bank sends back a code in my website to change the states of virtuemart.
Joomsef does not seem to appreciate these urls of returns.
Urls look like it:

www.mywebsite.com/bank_notify.php?siret=6168416168-08&reference=1754&langue=FR&devise=978&montant=155&taxe=0.00&validite=09/01/2011&urlretour=http://www.mywebsite.com/bank_notify.php&email= me@mywebsite.comTato emailová adresa je chráněna před spamboty, abyste ji viděli, povolte JavaScript &valauto=t&moyen=CBS&modalite=1x&refzxa=961681f&etat=99&hmac=16gr1e6zgrze4g96ze41g6zer

When Joomsef is activated, the url go on the page 404 and when Joomsef is deactivated, the url works correctly.

How to solve this problem ?
Is there a way to make nonsef all the urls coming from my bank ?

I tried to allow access in the htaccess like this :

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/bank_notify.php

But it does not work...

I've found a solution :

When I deactivate "Prevent non-SEF variables from overwriting the parsed ones" option, it works.

I do not know if it is good of deactivated this option?
What consequences for my website ?

Hello,

unless there exist an URL "bank_notify.php" in the JoomSEF URL Manager, then I cannot really imagine why JoomSEF should be processing such URL.

PayPal uses similar way of return of URLs and there it works fine. So unless there is some direct conflict, I would rather say, there might be something non-standard in the payment method processor.

(the .htaccess file includes a test, that should prevent Joomla SEO or JoomSEF to process URLs that matched a physically existing file)
