Hello,
We have a paid version and upgraded to latest version. Since then all of our links showing your advertisement. Joomla SEF URLs by Artio. It seems like it's not taking JoomSEF Download ID? Please help. Or you could please resend our JoomSEF Download ID.

Hello,

Try reinstalling JoomSEF automatically using the "Reinstall from ARTIO Server" button on Upgrade page.
The download ID was sent in the e-mail after the purchase. You can see it if you click the E-Shop menu item, then My Account on the right side, View the order and there the download ID is visible in the link to download the purchased software.
