automatic upgrade isn't working (it says your server is busy)
but I have JoomSEF 3.5
can I just install that on top of 3.4.3?
or should I un-install that first

also I want to upgrade to SEF extension virtuemart 2.0.14
can I just install that on top of 2.0.11 or remove that one first?

is it still unavailable?
As regards JoomSEF core component, you can upgrade it from file -- so you do not need to uninstall it.
For extensinos, you will need to upgrade online or uninstall / reinstall.

and it hasn't worked yet

I tried all those upgrade buttons in the admin side

we bought 2.0.11 and I can't seem to get the upgrade to 2.0.14 on the site
