I have the full paid version and the registration details are entered correctly and it tells me I have free upgrades until 22 October 2010.

I updated the program to 3.5.1 through the component yesterday and now I see the "Joomla SEF URLs by Artio" links everywhere throughout my site!

What's going on?????

I should clarify, I have a full paid for version, the registration details and download ID are entered correctly into the right places within the component.

Try to do the manual upgrade.

yes, please, follow the "manual upgrade" procedure then, as described in:

The online upgrade will provide FREE version only in 2 cases:
1. no Download ID is entered in JoomSEF Registration AT THE MOMENT OF UPGRADE
2. the upgrade period has already expired

If you have free upgrades until 22 October 2010, then I am pretty sure you did not have the Download ID entered when you have upgraded.
Older version did not have warnings implemented, so maybe you did not notice. Since version 3.5.0 you will be warned if you should get free version instead of paid on online upgrade.

I did a manual install and it has removed the link.

I would point out tho that the correct download code WAS entered into the component BEFORE I did an online upgrade so it didn't transfer that to your systems at download time and simply gave me the latest free version.

thank you for your information. However, I have double checked the upgrade script code and I think that is not possible - the upgrade script at our side will provide free version only in the 2 cases as mentioned in my previous post.

Maybe it would be interesting to know, from what version you have been upgrading? (because if your were upgrading from version older than 3.4.0 (but I do not think so, because the registration tab was added in 3.4.0), there was used slighly upgrade procedure.

Anyway, the main point is that it is fixed for you now.
