Hi support team,

in the past I installed the meta tag title for my frontpage on www.stilpunkt-living.de

Meanwhile the meta tag title for the frontpage is "Welcome to the frontpage".

Was there a change in the JoomSEF configuration or why did i loose my title?

How can I set the meta tag title for the frontpage now?

Hello,

There was no change in title meta tag handling. Please, check that the title meta tag is still set for the homepage URL in Manage SEF URLs. Then go to JoomSEF configuration and make sure that both the "Enable MetaData generation" and "Prefer JoomSEF titles" options are enabled on Title and Meta Tags tab. After that, make sure there is no plugin installed that could interfere with the JoomSEF meta tags generation.

The title of www.stilpunkt-living.de is still "Home"

In the Manage SEF URLs overview there is no access count for the frontpage "Home"

Is it ok that 2 URLs are generated for "Home" ???

index.php?option=com_content&view=frontpage&Itemid=112

index.php?option=com_content&id=93&view=article&Itemid=112

Both have an access count of 0.

The hits count of 0 is OK, it's not counted correctly for the frontpage. It's strange that there are two URLs for frontpage - is the SEF URL for them both blank?
Try deleting both the URLs, clear the cache in JoomSEF, and check which one of them will be created again. Then try setting the title for it again.

I think I solved the problem.

I deleted both URLs and then set meta tags title only for the URL without a name.

The count is still 0. But you said that's ok.

Only one problem left:
The meta tags description and keywords are not created automatically.
