I have check your site and I think you have problem in your .htaccess file.
Make sure there is a line
RewriteBase /
and that it is NOT COMMENTED OUT.

("FAQ: 404 Page not found" error after clicking any link)
Unfortunatelly, your permission settings dissallow editing it from Joomla and the NinjaXplorer does not even show it.

I have uncommented RewriteBase / but it;s still not working

I'm not sure how to set it up in configuration page.. Which ones to enable and disable

I dunno how but I managed to make it work for our ENglish site..the other languages are still in doldrums...these are the issues

1) IN English site , if you look at stage3.greenspeakonline.com/resources sublinks it still showing
stage3.greenspeakonline.com/resources-2, stage3.greenspeakonline.com/resources-3.
Why is this?

2) The language site links are not working , be it korean, japanese, chinese .. whenever I try to switch to say Korean, it goes back to the english site..

PLease advise

If you are using JoomFish, make sure JfRouter plugin is disabled.
As regards the english URLs, for what components are these links generated? Maybe you need a special extension for that.
