i think we are talking about different things :)

What i want is that joomsef is using for the SEF URL the title alias of every menu, article and so on and not the title that is shown on the frontend.
I thought the option "use titel alias?" in the joomsef config did this if i set it to "title alias"

But it is not a big problem.

The really big problem is point 3 in the first post.

i will try to explain it a little bit better.

i put an url (index.php?option=com_muscol&view=search&search=albums&genre_id=2) manually in joomsef.

old url: index.php?option=com_muscol&view=search&search=albums&genre_id=2
SEF url: sound-ecke/hiphop

nothing happens - the url is still the old url (after clean cache)
In the browser title there is SEARCH shown :/

what did i wrong? the link is in a menuitem (external link)

3) Wait until JoomSEF generates SEF link to hiphop and than change it manually in JoomSEF URL Manager.

ok, so i deleted all urls, cleaned the cache und i'm waiting now.

But joomsef is not listing the hiphop link :/ the menuitem sound-ecke is listing and works but hiphop (it is a submenuitem) and 4 other links are not in the JoomSEF URL Manager

you mean these menuitems have only original joomla url (like index.php?option=com_muscol&view=search&search=albums&genre_id=2)? Did you look into Custom Redirects, if there aren't some items?

yes correct. the complete url is: test.sound-ecke.de/index.php?option=com_...lbums&genre_id=2

i added the url in curstom redirects like this:
old url: index.php?option=com_muscol&view=search&search=albums&genre_id=2
sef url: sound-ecke/hiphop

but the original joomla url is always displayed :(

i dont understand why this url is not "translated" in a sef url
