Hi Folks,
Our web site does not work anymore after upgrading Artio JomSef from 3.6.3 to 3.6.5... all urls, Hot property or not, all Joomla site, all links, all menus return the following Error 404 "The requested URL /it/............... .html was not found on this server." That for any kind of url; the site is back ok with Artio J.S. off and site sef control off (Joomla); this on the test site (a clone of the live site), the live site, still with 3.6.3 , still works perfectly......... Somebody else experienced that???

Hi,

Try disabling the System - Jfrouter plugin in Joomla's Plugin manager. Then try disabling the "Filter system variables" option in JoomSEF's configuration on Advanced tab. Also make sure that everything is enabled in SEF Status panel on the right side of JoomSEF's control panel, and check your .htaccess file.

Dear David,
many thanks .....now works using this configuration: Jfrouter On, Filter system variables Off, Creation of new SEF Urls Disabled, all the rest On..... but now how to use it once new urls are needed??? Should import the SEF urls from the live site, but then how to manage the needed new ones?? Do them manually will be a major work to carry on daily or is there another way to generate them??...

Hi Folks,
I managed to solve the problem.. it was a mix of set-up, urls, htaccess, and file permission problem;
In order to get the all thing working again I had to re- setup the .htaccess, delete all URL, turn off Artio JS + Plug-ins.. restart all again as spec's, import saved urls, clear all cache and "et voilat"... I had the Test site working again.. I do not have an idea how things went so bad.. I just used the upgrade feature button to upgrade to the latest version and stopped working........ Just one more question... the site was recently fired-up by cloning the "live" site (I used a bkp files) could this be the possible cause?????
